Hi I’m Tim Rohrbeck, home inspector with Royal Inspection Services. My wife Elizabeth (Eli) and I have owned and operated our Home Inspection business in North County San Diego since 2001. Over that time, we have inspected over 5,000 properties throughout San Diego County.

We perform every inspection as if it were our own purchase and provide our clients with detailed reports. They are filled with high definition photos of the deficiencies discovered during the inspection. Our clients are frequently impressed with the quality and accuracy of our work. You will receive personal service, always friendly and professional.

Elizabeth (Eli) will provide you with the necessary information to help you schedule your home inspection with ease. I will perform a thorough inspection, consultation and report. We are always here to help, even after the inspection.
